As the partners begin to grow with each other, this won&#8217;t always be necessary but when it comes down to beginning play, it is always a good idea, so both parties are informed and know what is going to transpire and take place. This is close to the concepts of consent within a play experience.<\/p>\n<p>Things for which should be discussed<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrangement of rules &#8211; Who is going to be the top and who is going to be the bottom?<\/li>\n<li>Expectations and needs of both parties &#8211; The likes and dislikes<\/li>\n<li>Limits &#8211; Boundaries for which are set to what is acceptable and what is not.<\/li>\n<li>Types of play &#8211; what practices and techniques will be included in the play<\/li>\n<li>BDSM Gear and Attire &#8211; what materials, toys, clothing, will be used.<\/li>\n<li>Duration of the scene &#8211; How long and what time constraints are on the scene<\/li>\n<li>Health Concerns &#8211; Talking about things such as allergies, chronic diseases, STDS, medications and other medical and health concerns both physical and mental for which might be important to know.<\/li>\n<li>Safety Measures &#8211; what is provided and there if situations go wrong<\/li>\n<li>sexual Contact &#8211; what type of sexual activity is acceptable?<\/li>\n<li>Safe words or gestures &#8211; set of verbal or non verbal signs which will be used by the submissive to stop a scene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scene Negotiation: Scene negotiation is a form of communication between two or more consenting adults about what is going to transpire and take place during a scene.
